Denver Flooring Collective LLC (“DFC”, “we”, “us”) installs, refinishes and repairs floors in the Denver area. This policy covers the information we collect through denverflooringcollective.com, our forms, phone calls, email and text messages, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and project address.
- Project details: the kind of work, materials, square footage, timeline, photos and anything else you tell us.

- Job applications: the details on an application and any resume you attach.
- Website data: pages visited, browser and device information, and how you reached the site. This comes from cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta, and Cloudflare checks form submissions for spam.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, schedule visits, do the work and follow up about your project.
- To answer your questions and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To review job applications.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

- With the installers working on your project, who need your name, address and project details.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
